Will preview a NEW RIDE this week to better match the fading light. The "Fast Fall 15" replaces "Valleys and Hills" and will have some bike paths and bike lanes in it, so we should all be back to the start within 75 minutes or so. I will have cue sheets and will run it through October :) Please have lights and a 13 mph average pace or better. See you Thursday 9/25!!!

Ride starts at 7:45 am, at 2820 South English Station Road, Louisville, KY, which is the former location of Jordan Technologies.  Mike Pitt will provide the cue sheets and also is posting the ride on RideWithGPS.com.

At this point we have one SAG car so there will be room for you to drop a bag in the car but please pack light. If there is someone able to provide another SAG car, please let me know (Carla m 417-0005).  If someone does, we can take more with us, like lawn chairs and one or two smaller coolers with beverages and snacks.  I will post an updated notice if we get another SAG car committed to go.

Please bring $5/day for lunch, we will ride ahead and get lunch and meet the group along the way.

We have a reservation for a group dinner at the hotel in the Travertine Restaurant at 6:30 pm (7:30 pm Eastern time). The hotel will give separate checks, so bring money for that. Please RSVP to me if you are having dinner, plus any guests, so we have an idea of how many for the hotel. However, last minute guests are welcome.

If you don't already have a room, call Mammoth Cave Hotel in MAMMOTH CAVE NATIONAL PARK,www.mammothcavehotel.com, reservations, 270-758-2225group name: "Mad Dogs."

The return ride will start at 7:45 am Sunday morning.  Both ways will be swept by a ride captain.

The LBC Statistic Reports have been updated.  The only report that has not been updated is the Rides not received report.  The tabulated rides report is updated so if you are wondering about a specific ride you can look at that report.

When you see Amelia Dauer and Laurie Murphy thank them for getting the August and September data entered.

Tomorrow's stage leaves out of Taylorsville at Spencer Co. High School.
The route has changed a little. You can download the corrected route at:
    ridewithgps.com/routes/5826422

There is not a store stop in Mt. Eden anymore. Plan to ride nearly 50 miles without one. There is a possibility of getting water at Corinth Christian Church at about mile 28.
Also, the Chaplin store stop is closed too. A substitute store stop is available around mile 73 at KY 555 and KY 1754. It's right near an interchange of the Bluegrass Parkway.
    Prepare to climb hills tomorrow.

    See you in the morning.
    Mike K.
